By accessing or using the AthleteRepLab platform, website, study materials, mock exams, question banks, downloadable resources, or related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

AthleteRepLab provides educational and informational materials designed to assist users preparing for the NFLPA Contract Advisor certification exam.

AthleteRepLab is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NFLPA or the NFL; does not administer the NFLPA exam; and does not guarantee exam passage, certification, employment, or representation opportunities.

All materials are provided solely for educational and study purposes.

Content provided through the Services is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, or professional advice.

Users should independently verify all information, including NFL Collective Bargaining Agreement provisions, salary cap rules, NFLPA regulations, league procedures, the Policy and Program on Substances of Abuse, the Policy on Performance-Enhancing Substances, and agent certification requirements.

You are solely responsible for how you use any information provided through the Services.

To access certain portions of the Services, users may be required to create an account.

You agree to provide accurate information, maintain confidentiality of login credentials, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

AthleteRepLab currently offers one-time purchase access with a fixed access period stated at purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, all purchases are non-refundable due to immediate digital access delivery; access periods begin on the date of purchase; and access automatically expires at the end of the stated term.

We reserve the right to modify pricing or access structures at any time for future customers.

All content within the Services is owned by AthleteRepLab or its licensors, including study guides, question banks, mock exams, remediation reports, graphics, branding, software, and written materials.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, resell, share, scrape, upload, publish, or commercially exploit any content without prior written consent. This includes sharing account credentials, posting materials online, redistributing PDFs, or reproducing question banks.

Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination, legal action, and financial damages.

You may use the Services solely for your personal, non-commercial exam preparation.

You agree not to copy or redistribute materials; reverse engineer platform functionality; automate access through bots or scraping tools; interfere with platform operations; or use the Services for unlawful purposes.

AthleteRepLab does not guarantee passing the NFLPA exam, obtaining certification, securing clients, or achieving any professional outcome.

Exam performance depends on many factors outside our control, including individual preparation, exam changes, and NFLPA policies.

We strive to maintain uninterrupted access but do not guarantee continuous uptime, error-free functionality, or permanent content availability.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the Services at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AthleteRepLab and its owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost opportunities, exam failure, business interruption, or data loss.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for access to the Services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AthleteRepLab from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your misuse of platform content.

The platform may utilize third-party providers, including payment processors, hosting providers, analytics providers, email systems, and authentication tools.

AthleteRepLab is not responsible for third-party services or policies.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
